Our technological journey from rookie racers to Pro class champions

BW 23.1 — The Beginning
South German Regionals 2023 — Junior Class
This is our first car, designed for the regionals in our rookie season 2023. Construction started in December '22, marking the beginning of our competitive journey. In February '23 it won the South German Regional Championship in the Junior class, with its time beaten only by (at the time yet to be) World Champions Recoil Racing, who competed in the Pro Class.- Fastest time: 1.088 s
- Weight: 55.85 g
- Length: 209 mm

BW 23.2 — First Time National Champions
German Nationals 2023 — Junior Class
This is our '23 German Nationals car. It was designed from scratch between February and April '23, employing the base concept of BW 23.1 combined with the lessons learned during the regionals. The main advantages in comparison to BW 23.1 are more streamlined design and reduced nose weight. The car won the German Championship as the fastest car in the Junior category and second to Recoil Racing in the overall competition.- Fastest time: 1.065 s
- Weight: 55.57 g
- Length: 207 mm

BW 24.1 — Perfecting the Design
South German Regionals 2024 — Junior Class
For 2024, the German regulations from 2023 were kept, allowing us to concentrate on improving the existing design. The focus was placed on the nose design as well as the stability of the wheels. BW 24.1 was the fastest car overall in the South German Championship with its race time remaining the fastest car in Germany throughout 2024.- Fastest time: 1.052 s
- Weight: 55.65 g
- Length: 208 mm

BW 24.2 — Regulation Mastery
German Nationals 2024 — Junior Class
Going into the German Championship with the fastest car, our main goal was to achieve 100% regulation conformity. With this goal in mind, we implemented measures to stay within conformity after production. This approach led to the fastest car in the Junior category and 4th place in the overall competition.- Fastest time: 1.112 s
- Weight: 55.47 g
- Length: 208 mm

BW 25.1 — Stepping Up to Pro Class
South German Regionals 2025 — Pro Class
The South German Championship 2025 was a major challenge for us as we entered the Pro class. The technical regulations were changed in such a way that we could not use our signature technical advantages from previous years. We set the priority on regulation conformity once again and managed to achieve it in the end. Apart from that, our car was much longer and had wider wings. With one feature having a positive influence on performance (car length) and one leading to negative performance (wide wings), we managed, in the end, to achieve the second-best time in the Pro class. Overall, our car won the Championship and qualified for the German Championship.- Fastest time: 1.199 s
- Weight: 55.45 g
- Length: 238 mm

BW 25.2 — Pro Class National Champions
German Nationals 2025 — Pro Class
With room left to improve overall performance, the focus for BW 25.2 was on the wheel system once again. With the challenge of having a Halo, this goal was not an easy one. In addition to the changes in the wheel system, our rear and front wings and side pods underwent significant aerodynamic improvements. In the end, BW 25.2 improved the race time significantly, ending as the second fastest car, just 1 ms behind the fastest car. The performance of the car secured us the title of German national champion in the Pro class.- Fastest time: 1.122 s
- Weight: 55.41 g
- Length: 237 mm

BW 25.3 — World Runner-Up
World Finals 2025 — Pro Class
Designing a World Finals car demanded a fundamentally new approach compared to our German entries. The international regulations imposed significantly tighter constraints, and achieving an additional seven‑gram weight reduction was essential for peak performance. Development began in early June with a series of 3D‑printed prototypes that were rigorously tested on the track. By mid‑August, the final design was completed. At the competition in Singapore, the Blue Wolf 25.3 delivered an outstanding performance, recording the fourth‑fastest time among all legal cars and securing a place in the Knockout Finals.- Fastest time: 1.093 s
- Weight: 48.26 g
- Length: 225 mm
